Matt Ornelas

Matt Ornelas is an experienced camera operator with a diverse background in live event production and content creation. Since April 2022, Matt has been a camera operator at Van Wagner and has concurrently held the same role with the Los Angeles Dodgers since July 2021, the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario since October 2018, and the Ontario Reign since October 2017. Additional experience includes working as an equipment puller at AbelCine, where responsibilities included assisting with camera equipment preparation and quality control. Prior roles feature camera operation for various live events at Starway Productions and production-related tasks at Empire KVCR, where duties encompassed lighting, shooting, editing, and intern training. Matt has contributed to projects such as HOT PROPERTIES S1 for Painless Productions and POOL KINGS for Glass Entertainment Group, showcasing skills in camera operation, rig maintenance, and creative production. Matt holds a degree from California State University-San Bernardino, earned between 2012 and 2016.
