Paul L.

Paul L. is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since April 2022. Prior to this role, Paul L. served as a Scrum Master for the Government of Canada, facilitating agile ceremonies and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the permanent residency process. Experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Husky Injection Molding Systems, where Paul L. coached agile teams, managed quality assurance efforts, performed business analysis for ERP implementations, and led various projects as an Agile Project Manager. Paul L. holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has obtained CSM certification from Scrum Alliance and PMP designation from the Project Management Institute.
