Bob Sloss has extensive experience in passenger operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Passenger Operations and Customer Experience at Ontario Northland since July 2017. Previous roles at Ontario Northland include Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Engagement, Manager of Finance in Shared Services, and Manager of Revenue. Prior to this, Bob Sloss worked at North East Local Health Integration Network from July 2012 to July 2017, holding positions such as Controller/Corporate Services Manager, Finance and Performance Officer, and Analyst. Bob's career began at North Simcoe Muskoka Community Care Access Centre, where roles included General Accountant and General Accounting Clerk from October 2010 to July 2012. Academically, Bob Sloss holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Laurentian University, earned between 2008 and 2010, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Canadore College, completed from 2005 to 2008.
