Jeff Edwards

Jeff Edwards has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff began their career in 1990 at General Motors, where they served as a Department Manager for Integrated Air Fuel Manifold Products and later became the Plant Manager of the Automotive Aftermarket Battery Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing budgets, manufacturing, production planning, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement.

In 2002, Jeff joined Delphi Technologies as the PMO Director for the Powertrain Division. Jeff oversaw three business lines and 12 project managers across different regions. Jeff led new product launch teams and was responsible for design, product development, engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.

In 2009, Jeff joined Cigna as the Senior Director for Forecasting, Workforce Management, and Continuous Improvement. Jeff held this position until 2022 and was responsible for managing the forecasting process, workforce management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, they also served as the Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations.

Currently, Jeff works at Ontellus as the Senior Vice President of Operations, a position they have held since 2022.

Jeff Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. In 2008, they completed the Executive Development Program in the field of International Consortium at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, they received certification as a Project Management Professional from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in 2005.
