Diego Takasaki de Lima has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Diego started their career at Mercer in 2008, where they served as a LatAm Compensation & Benefits Survey Analyst and later as a Coordinator. In 2013, they joined Luxottica as a Sr. Compensation & Benefits Analyst and subsequently took on roles as an HR Business Partner and Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and International Mobility Manager. In 2017, Diego joined Ontex, where they worked as a Sr. Manager of Rewards & People Analytics before being promoted to HR Director and then VP of Human Resources for Brazil.
