Irina Deryabina has over a decade of experience in marketing, currently serving as Marketing Manager for Russia & CIS at Ontex since February 2015. In this role, Irina successfully transformed a low-performing product category into a profitable business and led a new brand launch from inception to execution. Previous positions include Brand Manager for Fem Care & INCO CIS, where Irina oversaw the creation of a new retailer brand in the Baby Care category and directed a new product development project for the Chinese market. Prior to Ontex, Irina worked at NESTLE as Junior Brand Manager for Infant Formula, focusing on brand positioning and launch strategies, and at HJ Heinz in various marketing roles, including managing innovations and national marketing campaigns. Irina Deryabina holds a Specialist degree in Commerce and Marketing from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics and a Specialist degree in Accounting and Economics from the College of Economics and Jurisprudence.
