Martin Granado Escudero

Martin Granado Escudero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin started their career at Ontex in 2014, where they held various roles including Global R&D Process Transformation Director and Associate Director GEC Baby Care. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, influenced stakeholders, and implemented global transformation programs. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Product Development Baby Care EMEAA and Head of Resource Planning EMEAA, where they established governance and product development approaches and prioritized R&D projects. Before joining Ontex, Martin held the position of R&D Manager at Ontex, where they delivered smart product innovations and supported the multi-year innovation pipeline based on consumer needs. Their earlier experience includes being the Group Supply Chain Planning Manager at Ontex, where they led the Sales and Operations planning process and managed and led projects for innovation and machinery installation or transfer between plants. Prior to Ontex, Martin worked at Yazaki Europe as a Production Control Manager & IT Manager, where they played a key role in the implementation of SAP and managed production control and IT functions.
