Kezia Gouw

Kezia Gouw is a seasoned technical support analyst with extensive experience in customer service and onboarding roles. Currently employed at OnTheMarket since November 2020, Kezia has previously worked at Tyro Payments as both a Merchant Onboarding Specialist and Customer Support Specialist between November 2017 and March 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Matrix Education from July 2015 to November 2017. Kezia holds a Bachelor of Applied Design in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Billy Blue College of Design and has furthered education with various courses in Effective Business Writing and Project Management Fundamentals from the Australian Institute of Management, as well as a Diploma of Professional Photography from The Photography Institute.
