Ross Damon

Ross Damon is an experienced outdoor professional with a strong background in leading and managing outdoor activities. Currently serving as a Gear Expert at Remark and Founder of 531Media, Ross also contributes as a SnowSquad member at Nikwax and as an Ambassador for OnTheSnow. Recent experience includes working as an All Rounder at Bluff Creek Campgrounds, where responsibilities ranged from maintenance to bookings. Previous roles include Raft Guide with Zoar Outdoor, Rafting Manager at Berkshire Whitewater, and Ski School Photo Manager at Beaver Creek Ski School. Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Education and Leadership from the University of New Hampshire and is pursuing a Master's in Tourism Management at Colorado State University.
