Troy Scrimgeour

Troy Scrimgeour is an experienced professional in data analytics and operations, currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics (Global) at Ontic since July 2020. Scrimgeour has led initiatives such as the creation of the Centre of Ontic Data Excellence, resulting in significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency. Previous roles at Ontic include Head of Data and Analytics (US) and Head of Business Systems, where accomplishments included the retirement of redundant applications and establishment of foundational data infrastructure. Prior to Ontic, Scrimgeour engaged in freelancing, contributed to project development at the University of Central Florida, and excelled in customer service roles at Expedia Local Expert and Walt Disney World. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Hotel Management from Griffith University.
