John Waters

John Waters has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. John is currently the Group Director of Sales at Ontic, a protective intelligence software company. In this role, they are responsible for leading sales efforts and helping companies proactively address physical threat management.

Prior to their current role, John worked at Blackbaud as a Sales Manager from January 2013 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Manager of Enterprise Client Success from January 2012 to December 2012.

John also gained experience at Convio as an Account Executive from March 2010 to December 2011.

Their career started at Dell, where they worked as an Account Manager from February 1999 to March 2006, and then as a Sales Manager from March 2006 to March 2010.

Throughout their career, John Waters has demonstrated strong skills in sales, management, and client success roles.

John Waters received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Texas State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
