Harland Vogt Jr.

Harland Vogt, Jr. has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Facilities Management at Onto Innovation since October 2019, where Harland oversees operations, maintenance, engineering, construction, and real estate management for global properties. Previously, Harland held the position of Director of Global Facilities at both Onto Innovation and Nanometrics, as well as various roles at KLA-Tencor, managing multi-site campuses and a significant operational budget. Harland's career began at VLSI Standards, where multiple roles contributed to improving manufacturing processes. Additionally, Harland served as a Defensive Fire Control Technician in the United States Air Force, proficiency in advanced systems integration.
