Xin Song

Xin Song has an extensive work experience in the technology and manufacturing industry. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Software Engineer at INSPEX. In 2002, they joined August Technology as a Senior Software Engineer/Supervisor. In 2005, Xin Song transitioned to Rudolph Technologies, where they held various roles including Manager of Yield Analysis Products Development and Director of Research and Development. Xin'sresponsibilities at Rudolph Technologies involved developing software solutions for semiconductor, LED, and photovoltaic manufacturing, as well as managing the development of yield management applications. In 2020, Xin Song joined Onto Innovation as the Director of Research Development.

Xin Song has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo. Prior to that, Xin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Tongji University.
