Charlotte Hall

Charlotte Hall has extensive experience in legal recruitment and talent programs, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Programs at Ontra since February 2021. Previously, Charlotte held several leadership roles within Ontra, including Associate Director of Legal Talent Acquisition and Director of Legal Recruiting for EMEA & APAC. Prior to Ontra, Charlotte worked as Assistant Recruitment Manager at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Recruitment Manager at Mayer Brown. Charlotte's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Recruitment Manager at Hogan Lovells and Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley. Charlotte holds a degree in Criminology and Applied Psychology from the University of Brighton.
