Megan Hansen

Megan Hansen is the chief people officer at Ontra, responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing world-class global talent across the organization. Before joining Ontra, Megan was the chief people and culture officer at Smartsheet, where she led its people team during a time of tremendous growth for the organization. Her previous experience includes several prominent human resource and talent roles, including serving as the senior vice president of people at MOD Pizza, as vice president of talent management for Outerwall including its Coinstar and Redbox brands, and leading global HR programs at Frog Design. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of San Francisco. She enjoys many adrenaline-inducing activities, including skiing, climbing mountains, hang gliding, and cheering on her daughters from the sidelines of the volleyball court.
