Reiko MacIndoe

Reiko Macindoe has extensive experience in data recovery and management, currently serving as a Data Recovery Service Representative at Ontrack since December 2018. Prior to this role, Reiko Macindoe spent over 12 years at IBM Australia, where responsibilities included managing critical situations for corporate clients in Japan and ASEAN countries as a Critical Situation Manager, overseeing Japanese clients in the IBM Cloud business as an Account Manager, and working as a Service Centre Administrator during the global expansion of the "Applications On Demand" service. Reiko Macindoe's background also includes experience as a Product Specialist, focusing on call centre operations across software and hardware support. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Economics from Meiji Gakuin University and studies at the University of Kent.
