Scott Schmitt

For more than 20 years, Scott Schmitt has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including market analysis, leasing, acquisitions, financing, site planning, municipal approvals, design and construction. At Onward Investors, Scott identifies commercial real estate opportunities in target markets, and plays a lead role in asset acquisition and development.

Scott served as vice president of real estate development for Shingobee Builders in Minneapolis. He began his real estate career with the commercial real estate division of Kraus Anderson Construction and was a principal at Clearwater Development Group.
