Austin Speer Riggs has held multiple positions in the IT industry. In 2008, they founded and became the Managing Member of Onward IT, LLC, where they provided cutting-edge enterprise computer and networking products and an unsurpassed level of customer care and support. In 2018, they took on the role of Director Of Information Technology at Quality Management Group. In 2022, they became the Vice President of WaterChef\u00ae - Premium Water Filtration.

Austin Speer Riggs attended Chaffey College from 2000 to 2002, studying Communication and Media Studies. Austin obtained a FitechGelb Certified Yardi® Administrator certification from FitechGelb in December 2021, and also holds a CompTIA A+ certification.
