Manoj Mohanadasan

Manoj Mohanadasan is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as L&OD Manager at Onward Technologies Limited since December 2022, where Manoj is responsible for creating the L&OD framework and scheduling training sessions. Previously, Manoj worked at Tech Mahindra as a Senior Instructional Designer, overseeing operations for FORD ITL&D, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and developing new L&D methods. Earlier roles include Instructional Designer at Aktrea, Assistant Manager at Layam Group, and Assistant Professor at KCG College of Technology and Bharath University, where Manoj focused on instructional design, content development, and faculty development. Manoj holds a Master's degree in Engineering Design from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a PG Diploma in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance from UPES.
