Todd Bates

Todd Bates is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in iOS development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior iOS Developer at onXmaps, Inc. since November 2021, Todd also operates Bates Development as the Owner, while on sabbatical until May to focus on learning Spanish and new technologies. Previous roles include Senior iOS Developer and Development Lead at eBay from 2012 to 2019, where significant contributions were made to the customer connections feature of the eBay application. Todd's career began in software development in the 1990s and has included key roles at IBM and Informix, along with expertise in mobile application development for clients like the Wall Street Journal and AP News. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Portland State University.
