Terry Francis

Terry Francis has over 30 years of work experience in engineering. Terry started their career as a Project Engineer at Mayfran International, Inc. in 1988 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they were a Structural Engineer at Leinweber Engineering, Ltd. Since 2006, Terry has been with BlueStreak Consulting, where they started as a Lead Structural Engineer and was later promoted to Director of Structural Engineering in 2014.

Terry Francis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Cleveland State University, where they studied from 1988 to 2000. In 2008, they also obtained a certification as a Model Law Structural Engineer from NCEES and ANSI.
