Karrie Liu

Karrie Liu (CMath FIMA) is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience spanning diverse roles and organizations. Currently serving as Director of Data Analytics at Hypatia Analytics since June 2019, Karrie specializes in providing analytics solutions across sectors such as Pharma, Healthcare, NHS, and charities. In addition to this role, Karrie holds positions as Associate and Ambassador of #dataDNA at Onyx Data, and is a board member at Maths on Toast and Age UK Wandsworth. As Philanthropic & Community Engagement Leader for the London Chapter of the International Association of Women, Karrie contributes to community initiatives. Volunteer work as an analytical advisor for WaterHarvest focuses on enhancing clean water programs in Rajasthan through data science. Previous roles include Forecaster at Boehringer Ingelheim and various positions in healthcare analytics, where Karrie received several prestigious awards. Karrie holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Maths with Modern Applications from the University of York and an MSc in Statistical Epidemiology from the University of Leeds.
