Corey Flowers

Corey Flowers is currently the VP of People & Co-Founder at Onyx Point. Corey has over 20 years of experience in the workforce, with a background in both management and engineering.

Corey started their career in the U.S. Army, where they worked as a specialist on satellite communication systems. After their time in the Army, Corey worked as a Sr. Systems Linux Engineer for HP. In this role, Corey worked with very smart people who taught him many great things about Linux, Super Computers, large scale clustering, shared memory, and other super cool dorky things.

After HP, Corey went to work for Seismic, Inc. as their Sr. Program Manager/SE. At Seismic, Corey was generally known for kicking butt managing employees and helping Seismic grow. Corey was also a very average system engineer that specialized in high performance linux systems.

Most recently, Corey has taken on the role of VP of People & Co-Founder at Onyx Point. In this role, Corey is responsible for the management and growth of Onyx Point's people and culture.
