Rodrigo Neves

Rodrigo Neves' work experience includes serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Onze since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Business Director at Red Ventures from July 2020 to December 2021. Rodrigo was also a Production Team Lead at Riot Games from April 2019 to June 2020. Before entering the gaming industry, Rodrigo worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from October 2018 to April 2019, and as an Associate from March 2017 to October 2018. Rodrigo pursued an MBA at INSEAD from January 2016 to December 2016. Prior to their studies, Rodrigo held a senior management position at Ernst & Young Brasil from October 2007 to September 2015. Their early experience includes being a member of AIESEC from 2003 to 2007.

Rodrigo Neves pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
