Stephen Pacileo

Stephen Pacileo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephen is currently serving as the Director of Operations at OOdles Energy since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Realtor at Signature International Premier Properties in Naples, FL from July 2020 to May 2021.

In 2019, Stephen worked as a Plant Manager at MRE, and from 2017 to 2019, they served as a Production Manager at Knauf. Stephen gained extensive experience in plant management and production superintendent roles during their tenure at CertainTeed from 2006 to 2016.

Stephen took a break from their professional career to pursue a full-time MBA at Santa Clara University from 2004 to 2005. Before that, they worked as a Shift Manager at Owens Corning from 2000 to 2003 and as a Manager Trainee at Silgan Containers in 1999.

Their early career began in the US Navy, where they served as a Nuclear Operator and Electronic Technician from 1993 to 1999. Overall, Stephen Pacileo possesses a wide range of skills and knowledge acquired from their diverse professional experience in various industries.
