Elise Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Elise began their career at David Jones in 2003 as an HR Consultant and stayed there until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Elise worked as a People and Development Consultant at Altium, and then briefly as a People and Performance Manager at Altium in 2008.
In 2008, Elise joined Clayton Utz as an HR Consultant and eventually progressed to become the Head of People Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of the firm's people strategy. Elise also led the HR business partnering and talent acquisition teams nationally and worked closely with senior stakeholders to support performance optimization. Their key areas of responsibility included managing complex ER/IR matters, organizational redesign and effectiveness, coaching leaders, strategic workforce planning, culture transformation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leading national teams. Elise held this position until 2019.
After leaving Clayton Utz, Elise joined Quantium in 2019 as a Human Resources Executive. In this role, they held various HR responsibilities until 2022.
Currently, Elise is employed at oOh! which they joined in 2022. Elise started as the Group Human Resources Director and subsequently became the Acting Chief People & Culture Officer in April 2023.
Overall, Elise has demonstrated extensive experience in human resources and has held strategic leadership roles throughout their career.
Elise Robertson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Western Sydney University, which they completed between 2000 and 2002. In 2019, they pursued further education at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), where they obtained a certification in Organisational Coaching.
