Shnika Gaither started their career in 2009 as a Technical Support Specialist at Comcast Cable, where they resolved incident tickets and troubleshooted various technical issues. In 2013, they worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as an Omi-Channel Coordinator, where they updated item set-up information and monitored project management efforts. From 2014 to 2019, they served as an Assistant Claims Analyst at Ironshore Insurance, managing files, corresponding with TPAs, and conducting quality control of medical health claims information.
