Monica Uduku has worked for five companies since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Head of Operations at Townsway Investment Limited, where they were responsible for revamping policies to align with the business strategy. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Product Marketing Manager at Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc. (Formerly Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Nig), where they were responsible for providing the Field-Force with necessary technical expertise to enhance sales of Pharmaceutical Products. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Administrative Executive (Procurement Operations Support) at Lafarge Africa PLC, where they provided operational support to the procurement team and acted as the point of contact for all administrative activities. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Commercial Project and Data Support at Lafarge Nigeria, where they were responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data for the Sales department. Finally, since 2019, they have been the Lead, Marketing Communications & Partnership and Lead, Sales Operations at Oolu Energy Nigeria Limited, where they are responsible for managing and organizing operations in Nigeria business, developing sales and go-to-market strategies, understanding local and international trends, driving expansion plans, developing product/service offerings, and rolling out new products.

Monica Uduku completed their Master of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Lagos in 2019. Prior to that, they had obtained a number of certifications, including Brand Management from the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria in 2015, Breakthrough Business Strategy from the Sam Ohuabunwa Foundation for Economic Empowerment in 2014, Certificate in Professional Selling Skills from the NIGERIAN ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRIAL PHARMACISTS in 2014, Management Skills and Development from IMPACT Training & Development, Inc. in 2014, Healthy Living Counselor from Bioresources institution of Nigeria in 2013, and Certificate in Customer Relation Skill from IMPACT Training & Development.
