Nadia Ferguson has extensive work experience starting with Marietta Financial Services in 2001 where they worked as an Administrative Assistant. Nadia then moved on to work for SouthTrust Bank as a Bank Teller in 2003 and Clayton Center Behavioral Health Services as a General Clerk II in 2008. In 2010, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Minority Economic Development Initiative of Western Kentucky, Inc. After that, they joined the Georgia Department of Human Resources in 2012 as a Case Manager. Their next role was at Appriss where they held various positions starting as an Account Specialist from 2013 to 2018, then as a Product Portfolio Manager from 2018 to 2020, and lastly as Product Manager from August 2020 to September 2021. Nadia then moved to Equifax Workforce Solutions in October 2021 as a Product Manager and worked on product modernization efforts until May 2023. Currently, they are working as an Associate Product Manager at Oomnitza.
Nadia Ferguson obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Hopkinsville Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2018, a What Is Business Analysis? certification from LinkedIn in October 2022, a Scrum Product Owner Certified certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2022, and a Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees V4.1 certification from Traliant in June 2023. Nadia also has a PMC-Level III certification from Pragmatic Institute, although the date of attainment is unknown.
