Marine Andraud, also known as Mariniere.eth, has accumulated diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, Marine started as a Regional Council Assistant at Empire State Development and later joined Citi as a Middle Office Analyst in 2012. Marine then enhanced their expertise by working at the European Central Bank as a Banking Supervision Analyst from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on micro-prudential supervision and provided strategic guidance to financial institutions.

Following this, Marine worked as a Technical Assistance (MSME Lending) / Programme Manager at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 2018 to 2020. Here, they managed multiple MDB donor-funded Technical Assistance projects targeting the financial sector and successfully improved access to finance for MSMEs.

In 2020, Marine joined the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where they served as a Consultant for Technical Assistance Projects in the LAC Upstream division. They provided expert consultancy services to support various projects.

Marine's most recent role was at Lava Network, where they served as a Partnerships/Growth Advisor from April 2022 to March 2023. During this period, Marine actively contributed to the company's growth by implementing a go-to-market strategy, securing high-value ecosystem partnerships, and developing comprehensive sales collateral.

Currently, Marine is working at OP Labs as an Infrastructure Partnership Manager since May 2023.

Marine Andraud (Mariniere.eth) obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Marine attended this program from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in International Relations and Affairs from the IE Business School, attending from 2014 to 2015.
