Isabelle Ducrocq has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily in the field of plastics manufacturing. Isabelle started their career as a Designer and moved up to become a Technical Project Manager at Mecaplast. Isabelle then joined the company Mecaplast as a Technical Project Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating different departments to ensure the quality, cost, and deadline objectives were met. Isabelle later joined Plastic Omnium as a Project Manager for environmental products, overseeing the development and commercialization of new products. Isabelle then took on the role of Research & Innovation Manager at YanFeng Plastic Omnium, where they defined and drove the research, innovation, and new product lines roadmap. Isabelle Ducrocq completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physical Sciences from Lycee St Maurice à Romans Sur Isere in 1991. Isabelle then went on to obtain a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from IUT1 de Grenoble in 1993. Isabelle further pursued their studies at IUT1 de Grenoble and earned a DUETI (Diplôme Universitaire d'Etudes Technologiques Internationales) in International Technological Studies in 1994. Finally, they completed their education by obtaining a DIPLOM in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule de Münster in 1995.
