Martin Haluš has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Martin started their career at Johnson Controls with a summer internship in 2012. Martin then moved on to work at Leoni as a CAD Designer in the Research & Development department from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they gained experience in CAD design. Since 2016, Martin has been working at Plastic Omnium, where they started as a Junior CAD Engineer and gradually progressed to their current role as a Lead Design Engineer. At Plastic Omnium, they have worked on various projects, including front and rear bumper designs for different car models. Martin has also contributed to the development and implementation of the Plastic Omnium Design Standard, which is a global assembly clipping system for plastic parts. Martin's experience highlights their skills in computer-aided design and their ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality work.

Martin Haluš has a Bachelor's degree in Service and maintenance of vehicles from Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka v Trencíne, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Združená stredná škola v Novákoch from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Mechanik a elektronik pre automatizačnú techniku. Martin also has an Engineer's degree in Maintenance of special mobile vehicles from Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka v Trencíne, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Martin has obtained various certifications including Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in 2022, CATIA Fundamentals Design, Expert Design, and Expert Surface Design from DYTRON s.r.o. in 2018, and NX 9.0 CAD from SOVA Digital a.s. in 2014, among others.
