Kaleigh Crook

Kaleigh Crook has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. Kaleigh started their career as an Executive Office Assistant at Arizona State University, where they assisted in office tasks and participated in the hiring process. Later, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Anthropologie and then joined Zirtual as a Personal Assistant and Assistant Manager. In this role, they assisted multiple clients virtually and took on additional responsibilities as part of the Assistant Pod Lead program.

From 2014 to 2015, Kaleigh worked at Anthropologie again, this time as a Senior Sales Associate. Following this, they joined SurveyMonkey as a Billing Operations and Escalations Manager. In this role, they led the Billing Operations team, collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, and handled customer requests and escalations for billing issues.

In 2020, Kaleigh joined Carvana as a Sell to Carvana Operations Manager. Here, they led the Digital Communications Team Leads, drove departmental growth and productivity, and partnered with team leads to align goals with the company's objectives. In 2021, they moved to Rally as a Manager of Customer Operations. Currently, Kaleigh is working as a Senior Operations Manager at OP3N. Kaleigh'sresponsibilities include onboarding and implementing software tooling, creating documentation, defining scope for community management, and updating UI copy for transparency and policy information. Kaleigh is also responsible for testing and documenting user flows for UIUX product changes.
