Kendall Shepherd

From 2007 to 2009, Kendall Shepherd worked as a Public Relations Account Coordinator at R/West, where they focused on client brand recognition, press releases, event coordination, and media outreach. From 2010 to 2012, Kendall served as a High School Social Studies Teacher at the Lake Oswego School District, where they instructed and managed high school students. At Alliance PR from 2012 to 2014, Kendall worked as a Senior Account Executive, handling client marketing and branding strategies, press releases, event coordination, and media relations. Since 2014, Kendall has been with Opal, starting as an Operations Coordinator and later progressing to Employee Experience Manager and then Sr. Manager, People and Culture. In these roles, they managed various employee support programs, such as onboarding and performance management, as well as handled corporate communications, operational processes, and marketing event support.

Kendall Shepherd has a Master's Degree in an unspecified field of study from the University of Portland, obtained between 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, Kendall obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from the same institution, between 2003 and 2007. Kendall completed high school at Central Catholic High School between 1999 and 2003. Kendall also holds additional certifications, including a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Portland obtained in 2020, and an SHRM-CP certification from SHRM obtained in 2023.
