Judy Adkins

Judy Adkins has extensive experience in earned value management and finance, currently serving as an Earned Value Subject Matter Expert (SME) at OPDEC since May 2016. Previously, Judy held various positions at Raytheon Missiles & Defense and Hughes Aircraft from September 1979 to October 2014, including roles as a Finance Specialist in Business Management and Estimating, and Program Management for a major program. Notably, Judy was the Earned Value SME at Raytheon Missile Systems from March 2005 to September 2009, where contributions included overseeing a significant DCMA compliance review and corrective action plan.
