Javier Rayo Baldellou

Javier Rayo Baldellou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Opdenergy in Colombia since May 2022, Javier focuses on the development of strategies for solar and wind projects. Prior experience includes roles at GRENERGY RENOVABLES, where Javier was involved in identifying new business opportunities, and at the Oficina Económica y Comercial de la Embajada de España in Bogotá, where Javier analyzed investment opportunities in infrastructure and transportation. Javier also has experience in global business development within the music industry and as a transportation systems engineer in urban renewal projects in Santiago, Chile. An academic background includes an MBA in International Management and a Master’s in Civil Engineering.
