Froukje van der Honing

Froukje van der Honing currently serves as the team leader for community teams in Bennekom and Veenendaal at Opella since September 2021, while also working as a wijkverpleegkundige at Opella Oosterbeek. Previous experience includes a leadership role as wijkverpleegkundige at RijnWaal Zorggroep from January 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing extramural clients and supporting care teams. Froukje has held various leadership positions in home care and extramural services at Betuweland, Gasthuis Sint Jan de Deo, and Home Care. Froukje's early career began as a kinderverpleegkundige at the University Medical Center Groningen from 1992 to 1999. Froukje also holds a post-HBO degree in higher management in healthcare and welfare from ICM opleidingen & trainingen, completed in 2012, along with a child specialization certification from UMCG in 1997. Additionally, Froukje served as an ambassador for wijkverpleegkundigen with VenVN from 2017 to 2018.
