Emelda Perez

As the HR director, Atty. Emelda Perez manages Open Access BPO’s overall human resource functions, including labor management and strategies.

Emelda began her career working as a lawyer in the government and private sectors before entering the corporate world as an HR head for several companies in the Philippines. Her diverse, hands-on experiences on various HR facets made her an excellent fit for Open Access BPO.

Emelda earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Arellano Law School after obtaining a degree in AB Economics from the University of Santo Tomas. She then received a diploma and master’s candidacy in Industrial Relations from the UP School of Labor & Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR).
