Felicia Beard MSW, CCTP, ACHP-SW serves as the Program Coordinator at Open Arms Care and has been a Notary Public with Notary Loan Signing Agent since January 2013. Felicia Beard obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in May 2013 and is currently completing a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at St. Edward's University, with an expected graduation in December 2023.
