Meagan Markovich

Meagan Markovich, PharmD, currently serves as a pharmacist at Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. since May 2023. With an extensive background in clinical pharmacy, Meagan has worked at Kepro as a contracted clinical reviewer since March 2011, providing unbiased case reviews and delivering medical presentations. Previous roles include Pharmacist in Charge at Magruder Hospital from April 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed managing all pharmacy operations and participating in multidisciplinary patient care. Other notable experiences include serving as an Anticoagulation Coordinator, Outpatient/Retail Staff Pharmacist, and Hospital Staff Pharmacist, with a focus on patient safety, medication management, and immunizations. Meagan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University-Raabe College of Pharmacy and is pursuing a minor in Business Administration at Ohio Northern University.
