Shaun Dewfall (MCIPD, MSc HRM) has a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. Starting in 2010, they held a Retail Operative role at Primark Stores Ltd, followed by a Team Leader role at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc in 2014. Shaun then took on their first HR role as an HR Administrator at Primark Stores Ltd. In 2014, they moved to City of Bristol College as an HR Assistant, where they took ownership of administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the organisations HR department. In 2016, they joined Lyons Davidson Limited as an HR Advisor, where they operated as an internal HR expert. In 2017, they took on a Human Resources Advisor (contract) role at 1625 Independent People, where they supported and guided the full management team on all people matters. In 2018, they moved to Creative Youth Network as an HR Manager, where they developed and spearhead an optimal HR function to support the organisation in delivering its strategy and objectives. In 2021, they joined Lyons Bowe Solicitors as Head of HR. Currently, they are the Head of HR & Culture at Open Bionics.
Shaun Dewfall obtained their Doctorate in Business Administration (HR) from the University of the West of England in 2027. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the same university in 2020. In 2015, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management from City of Bristol College. Shaun also obtained a CIPD Level 3 Human Resources Practice certification from City of Bristol college in 2015. Shaun Dewfall attended St Brendan's Sixth Form College from 2010 to 2013 and Bedminster Down Secondary School from 2005 to 2010. In February 2022, they became a Chartered Member of CIPD.
