Joel Diaz is a seasoned recruitment and organizational development professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Recruitment Officer at Open Blue Global Services since July 2014, Joel is responsible for identifying advertising options and supporting job descriptions and content. As a consultant at IPS 3 since April 2013, activities include labor competency training and organizational development consulting. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Arka Servicios de Recursos Humanos, where Joel managed the full recruitment cycle and personnel administration, and Recruitment Phone Screener at APAC Customer Services, focusing on candidate pre-selection. Joel began a career in customer service as a representative at DSS, providing support to clients in the United States.
