Michael Bishop

Michael Bishop is a seasoned consultant and data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis, forecasting, and research. Currently a consultant at Open City Labs since July 2020 and a data scientist at Data Foresight since January 2019, Michael previously served as a senior data scientist at Shopify and a data analyst at Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Notably, Michael led a forecasting team to success in The IARPA Crowdsourced Forecasting Tournament and earned recognition as a "superforecaster" for exceptional performance in the Good Judgment Project. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Rochester.
