Lindsey Pace

Lindsey Pace is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law and people operations. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Open Door Legal since September 2019, Lindsey oversees performance management and professional development for team members, while also establishing policies to ensure legal compliance. Prior roles include People Operations Lead and Lead Employment Attorney, where Lindsey significantly expanded the employment department and established law clinics. Previous experience includes positions at Legal Aid at Work and Martin & Vanegas, APC, focusing on wage and hour issues and litigating employment matters.
