Dan Sehlhorst

Dan Sehlhorst has an extensive work experience that spans different organizations and roles. Dan is currently the Director of Operations at Open Doors Academy. Prior to that, they held various positions at the organization, including Operations Manager, Operations Lead, and Program Supervisor. Dan also worked at DNOVA Institute as a Development Specialist and Program Development Assistant. At Work for Progress, they served as a Canvass Director and Campaign Organizer for Environment America. Dan worked at Notre Dame Student Government as the Chief of Staff, where they oversaw numerous initiatives and managed a significant budget. Dan also interned at the City of South Bend in the Office of Mayor Pete Buttigieg. Other notable roles include being the Editor-in-Chief at the Journal of Undergraduate Research, an intern at the U.S. Department of Education, and an Opinion and Editorial Copy Editor at The Observer. Dan's work experience showcases their versatility and expertise in operations, program development, leadership, and public service.

Dan Sehlhorst holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to attending university, they received a Diploma of Education from Lehman Catholic High School.
