Tim Thorpe

Tim Thorpe is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as an IT Service Engineer at Open Doors UK & Ireland since July 2023, Tim previously worked at Linedata for over 16 years in various senior roles, including Senior Support & Delivery Consultant and Head of Client Services Support for Asset Management in Europe. Prior to Linedata, Tim managed a global technical customer support team at Xaar plc, significantly contributing to the establishment and growth of the Chinese and Korean markets. Early experience includes working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Videojet Technologies. Tim holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol and a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering from Aston University.
