Robert Greenbaum

Robert Greenbaum is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Open Doors since August 2024, Greenbaum focuses on providing essential services including food, shelter, and job placement to empower individuals and families towards self-sufficiency. Prior to this role, Greenbaum was the Director of Operations at STAR, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing facilities, maintenance, transportation, and purchasing to support individuals with intellectual and developmental uniqueness. Previous experience includes roles at Hubbell Incorporated as a Regional & Operations Specialist and Aimslite Inc. as Director of Operations and Business Development. Greenbaum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
