Jay Leffler

Jay Leffler currently serves as the Program Manager for Supportive Services for Veteran Families at St. Vincent de Paul of Lane County, Inc. Since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jay held various positions within the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, including Company Executive Officer and Platoon Leader, where responsibilities included sustainment planning, coordination of logistics, and command during field exercises. Jay's military background also includes roles as an Armor Officer in the US Army and a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst with U.S. Army Cyber Command. Earlier experience encompasses intelligence analysis within multiple military intelligence units, as well as supervisory roles in the food service industry. Jay holds a Master of Arts in Military Ethics from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baldwin Wallace University.
