Filip Bocian is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT and language instruction. Currently serving as a Presales Engineer at Open-E since September 2022, Filip specializes in demos for data-storage software, conducts training, and creates instructional materials alongside the marketing team. Prior to this role, Filip worked as a Service Desk Specialist at TÜV Rheinland Europe, providing internal support and managing ticket resolutions, and as a Service Desk Agent at Fujitsu Poland, delivering IT helpdesk services in multiple languages. Earlier experience includes owning and instructing at The Storks, where Filip developed tailored language courses and translations, and teaching at Mobile English/English Experts. A Master of Arts graduate from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Filip has a strong foundation in both technical support and language education.
