Jonathan Rich

Jonathan Rich has worked in various roles in the energy and telco industries since 2014. Jonathan began at Shell Energy Retail as a Sales Account Manager, where they were responsible for identifying partners and building sales relationships for energy and telco products. Jonathan then held a secondment role as a Partnerships Channel Manager, followed by roles as Sales Support Team Manager, Senior Sales Support and Analysis, and Business Account Customer Service Administrator. In 2021, they joined Open Energy Market as a Partnerships Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Agilisys as a Customer Call Advisor, assessing the eligibility of callers for legal aid. In 2013, they undertook an internship at Exeter CVS, investigating how best to provide a hub website/community of practice for local charities.

Jonathan Rich attended the University of Exeter from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology.
